Will you start building my order before your receive my payment?

Once we receive your payment FASC will send you an order confirmation email. We will then start to process your order further and build your items and prepare them for shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

PAYMENT METHODS

The FASC Online Store accepts a variety payment methods:

“Credit card” Credit and debit cards are processed immediately for fast delivery.

“Paypal” Paypal is an online system which enables easy, fast and save online payments.
Paypal processes the credit card payment and sends it to your credit card company, you don’t have to sign up for a Paypal account if you don’t want to.
If You want, You can sign up for a Paypal account , which works like a normal bank account. More on https://www.paypal.com

“Wiretransfer PrePayment” We will apply your prepaid funds as soon as we receive them.
Before FASC can build your order, we must receive payment and clear the funds through your bank. Wire transfer can takes 3 to 7 business days for a wire transfer to reach our bank account.

“Payment on delivery” (Zahlung per Nachnahme) availiable Only for Austria, Germany and Switzerland

 

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH VAT/SALES TAX?

All prices in the online shop include VAT/Sales Tax already. These prices apply for all EU countries – there are no extra taxes or customs to pay in the EU.

For orders from countries outside the EU (such as Switzerland) the VAT/Sales is removed automatically from the price when you ad your country on checkout. These prices will be shown during the order process. For Non-EU countries there will also be different customs duties, which we can not tell before and which depend on the country and the ordered products.

 

IS THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SYSTEM SECURE?

We provide 100% secure shopping.
In processing customer information we use the “Secure socket layer (SSL)” method to transfer data. All information transferred using this secure method will be encoded before being sent to us. Credit card details are not stored.

 

WHAT MEANS ‘NOT PAID’ IN MY ACCOUNT STATUS?

Status “not paid” means that the payment process is not finished yet or that we haven’t received the money yet.

When you are paying with prepayment then it may take up to 5 days until we receive the money. The status will change as soon as we have received it.

When you pay with credit card or Paypal, the “not paid”-status means that the payment process is not finished. To finish it just log in to your customer account. Next to the order you can find a link “pay now”. Click on it and finish the process. Then we will receive the necessary details and can prepare your order.

Please notice, that your credit card is charged as soon as your order is shipped – not earlier! Before we will just make a reservation for the amount of money.

 

HOW LONG DOES A BANK TRANSFER TAKE?

An inland bank transfer can take 1-4 working days, however transfers from one country bank to another will take a little longer. We cannot however speed things up, so please be patient when waiting for your transfer to arrive with us, please direct any questions to your bank regarding delays.

 

What are the bank transfer details?

Before FASC can ship your order, we must receive payment and clear the funds through your bank. Orders paid for by wire transfer require an extra 3-7 business days for payment processing. To ensure your order is not delayed,  please provide your name, surname, and order number with your payment information. Your order number can be found in in your order acknowledgement e-mail. Orders will be automatically cancelled if your payment is not received within 30 calendar days of the date the orders are placed.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time depends on the method of payment, on the method of delivery, on the country as well as on the products.
The delivery time is composed of the shipping time + the time which the articles need to get prepared for shipment.
Shipping time:
The shipment within the EU takes place with DPD, Austria Post, Deutsche Post/DHL or UPS – depending on the country.
The shipping time (means the time that the parcel service needs to deliver the package) depends also on the country and is between 2-14 working days.

Time to get ready for shipment:

When you’re paying with Paypal or Credit Card, we can prepare your order much faster then when you’re paying with Prepayment by bank transfer.
A bank transfer usually takes 3-7 working days. We have to wait until we have received the money before we can prepare your order.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY DELIVERY?

The FASC Team will ensure that your order is dispatched as fast as possible. Due to late delivery of stock or slow money transfers there may be short waiting periods.
The status of your delivery is shown in your customer account, just login at www.fascwear.com. There you can see if your order is already sent out. You can also find the package tracking there, which you can follow your package with.

HOW DOES AN EXCHANGE WORK?

Returning goods is simple – we want you to be satisfied with our service. You can return purchased goods within 14 days, providing they are still in an unused condition, and you will be refunded the full purchase price. You have to pay the costs for the returns ! Exchange formular is attached to your order.

 

IF THE DELIVERY ORDER IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you notice on delivery that the package has been damaged, please inform the courier right away. If the product is damaged, insist the courier take the package back. We will then be sent the package and can organise a new one for you.
Should you notice after the courier has already left that the product is damaged then please contact our customer service who will help sort out the problem for you.

 

IN THE CASE OF A RETURN, DO I GET THE WHOLE VALUE OF A VOUCHER BACK?

In case of a return, gift vouchers (voucher which were bought) will be refunded. Depending on the value of the returned articles, the whole voucher value or a part of it will be credited to your customer account.

Promotion vouchers/Promo-codes will not be refunded in case of a return. We prorate the value of these vouchers to all items of an order. That means: if you order two t-shirts with a value of € 25 each and you redeem a voucher with a value of € 10, the new value of one t-shirt is € 20. In the case of a return you only get the real value of a good (in our example: € 20 for each t-shirt) back.
